In 1987, to better serve the needs of our customers, the EST Group prepared and adopted a Quality Assurance program under the guidelines of the U.S. Nuclear power industry standard 10CFR50 Appendix B. Since that time our quality program has evolved and expanded to incorporate additional U.S. Nuclear Power Industry requirements of ANSI N45.2 and NQA-1. Since August 1993 EST’s quality program has been certified to the international quality standard ISO-9001.

EST serves its customers in the United States through a well developed network of independent manufacturers representatives, and factory authorized installation contractors. In Canada, Europe and elsewhere around the world, our customers are served via a network of Distributors, Agents and Authorized Installation Contractors. All sales efforts are supervised from the company’s corporate headquarters in Hatfield, Pennsylvania, and are supported by our regional sales and support offices located in Hatfield, PA; Baton Rouge, LA; Baytown, TX; Alphen aan den Rijn, the Netherlands; Hartlepool, England and Singapore.
