CURTISS-WRIGHT ACQUIRES EST GROUP, INC.
ROSELAND, NJ, March 6, 2009
Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE: CW) announced today that it has acquired all of the stock of EST Group, Inc. for approximately $40 million in cash.  EST Group is a market leader in providing highly engineered products and comprehensive repair services for heat management and cooling systems utilized in the energy and defense markets.
